  • The item is returned with original packaging and accessories (if applicable)
  • The return request is made within 7  days of delivery
  • All accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging are included
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or negligence

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.



3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • HIV kits and other testing kits 
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages)
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Personal care items once opened
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


4. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for:


  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.



5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:


  • You will be notified of the outcome of your refund request
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days

Please note:

  • Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:


  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or evidence

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.



7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.



8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 7 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.



9. Store Credit (Optional)

We may offer store credit as an alternative to refunds. Store credit:

  • Will be issued as a voucher or account balance
  • May have an expiry date of 1 month
